The closing of a unique year 2008
What has 2008 showed us? The one thing I've learned is that nothing is secure. Just because something worked for a certain length of time, doesn't mean that it will always work. I have also learned humility, never look down on someone else because of your position in life. Everything in this natural realm of life is transitional. The seasons change, the leaves change, and our lives will change.
Change is not always bad. Whatever doesn't change will die. Laying the right foundation is always important. So when the winds and storms blow the foundation will stay in place. Integrity and character are two of the most important qualities you can have. No matter what they do or what they say your character and integrity will speak for itself.
It's time to know God, not religion but a true relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ. He not only died on the cross for us but he has also redeemed us back to our rightful place in God. We have the opportunity to have a close relationship with God through the sacrifices, sufferings and victory in his son Jesus Christ. Open your mind to receive the power of God in your life, call on the name of Jesus right now and ask him to come into your life. Be sincere in your heart and mind and Jesus will come in with his power and change your life. Man looks on the outter appearance, your faults what you did, what you didn't do etc... But God looks on the heart, the inner you, the core of your very being. He knows your thoughts, he knows everything about you.
We need Jesus today, not only in our lives but in our everyday interactions and dealings. We need his covenant, his principles, and his life living on the inside of us. Jesus Christ is the way, the life, and the truth. I've tried and came to the realization that there is no other way. Stop taking detours and get on the right path to destiny today. Acknowledge him in all your ways and he will direct your paths.
